James J. Cahill
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Cahill has been an investment banking and management consulting professional in New York City for the past 25 years to both private and public companies from development stage to multi-national corporations. Mr. Cahill is the founder and CEO of McKim & Company a Manhattan based investment firm. He has served as Managing Director at both MFR Securities, Inc. and Laidlaw Global Securities where he oversaw the firms’ investment banking activities. Early in his career, Mr. Cahill was with TIAA-CREF managing a $1.5 billion portfolio of investments. Mr. Cahill started his career in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Cahill is a licensed principal with the Financial Regulatory Authority with Series 7, 24, 51 and 63 licenses. Mr. Cahill graduated from Boston College with a B.A., attended law school at Loyola University of Chicago and Oxford University and received a Master’s in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
John Lepin
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lepin has 30 years of experience in corporate finance in several industries including oil & gas, manufacturing, and industrial production software platforms. He has experience in all areas of financial and corporate management. Prior to joining INTREorg, he worked as a controller and CFO with private and public companies. Mr. Lepin graduated from University of California Los Angeles with a B.S. in accounting and received his M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.
Richard Nummi, Esq.
Director
Mr. Nummi is experienced in all aspects of the financial services industry. He is a former Senior Attorney with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, a Nationally recognized expert in securities (33 Act, 34 Act, and 40 Act), regulation and compliance. He has been a featured speaker/educator at multiple industry (NRS/NSCP/NASD/ SEC) trade conferences and presentations.
Robert J. Flynn, Jr., Esq.
Director
Mr. Flynn is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service (B.S.F.S.), a graduate of Georgetown Law Center (J.D.) and a graduate of George Washington University National Law Center (LL.M). He is a high profile attorney with expertise in International Securities. Member of the District of Columbia Bar since 1969.
Thomas Lindholm
Director
Mr. Lindholm is a senior corporate executive, a seasoned investment and merchant banker who has advised financial institutions such as commercial banks, investments banking firms, hedge funds, and commercial finance companies in areas such as asset/liability management, capital structure strategies, portfolio management, and underwriting policies. He has also managed and consulted several "small cap" publicly traded companies.
